Over the last year, we’ve had the great privilege of working with SLO Down Wines and its hilariously irreverent founder, Brandon Allen. This week, we were awarded first place in Ragan’s PR Daily Award for the best pitch for our appropriately offbeat approach to telling this “slutty” winemaker’s story to the media. Brandon’s story is one that doesn’t come along every day and his continued energy and authenticity for his wine and craft, without a hint pretension, goes down real easy. Here’s his story in his own words (and yes he always talks in ALL CAPS).
